Assists families with financial support for respite care. Families currently receiving respite funding are not eligible. Once approved for funding, families will submit a voucher with respite provider signature. Vermont Family Network will then reimburse the family within two weeks of receiving the voucher. Form W9 is required for any amount reimbursed over $600.
