Programs and services include one-to-one matches, support, referrals, sibling support groups, workshops, assistance with accessing health care, information about flexible funding, leadership training for parents and guardians, bullying prevention, family faculty training, and navigating health and disability systems.

VERMONT FAMILY NETWORK

Vermont Family Network (VFN) is a non-profit youth and family services organization that supports Vermont families of children with disabilities and special health needs. VFN provides advocacy, information, support services, and parent trainings within a framework of family-centered policies and practices. Programs include a helpline for families and professionals, family support groups, parent matches, Sibshops, educational workshops, a traveling Puppets in Education production for schools, and numerous fact sheets and guides on a variety of disability-related topics.
