Rosie's Girls is offered as both a summer camp and afterschool program for middle school youth. Women Can Do is a one-day career exploration experience for high school girls and LIFT (Launching Inclusive Futures in Trades), is a one-week trades program in the summer for high school students.. Additional youth programs include Tech@Work Speaker Series, Career Challenge Day, and other programming with regional technical and career centers.

Offers after-school enrichment programs in Brattleboro (serving Brattleboro and Guilford), and in Dummerston. Also offers summer camp programs for children in and out of the region in Springfield, with bussing from many towns. The Y-ASPIRE after-school programs run all 180 days of the school year and include programming on in-service days, parent-teacher days, and school vacation days. Y Day Camp program runs for 8 weeks in summer when school is not in session. Also available are "specialty camps" like mountain biking and adventure camp; a Leader in Training and a Counselor in Training programs.
Provides a safe, supervised place for teens and mentors to socialize after school. Activities offered include computers, video games, mentoring, and homework help. Special events are also planned throughout the year such as movie nights, picnics, and hiking.

Offers a variety of activities and programs designed to help children and youth explore and express their emotions in a safe and supportive environment. Programs include expressive art, Wonders and Worries, Reiki and more.
Provides an experiential learning program for girls that combines life skills lessons with training for a 5K walk or run. Participation provides the girls with tools they need to manage the challenges of adolescence. Objectives include reducing at-risk activities such as adolescent pregnancy, eating disorders, and substance abuse, as well as reducing depression and suicide attempts.
