Provides scholarships to access sports and recreation programs offered through its partner organizations. Funds activities such as skiing and snowboarding lessons, race participation fees, season/day passes at Stowe Mountain Resort, Nordic skiing at Craftsbury Outdoor Center, as well as swimming lessons, indoor rock climbing, movement classes, kayaking, and paddleboard lessons. Also provides grants to support advanced training for adaptive coaches affiliated with partner organizations. Program fees vary.

Offers free access to any of the state's day-use parks through a partnership program between the Vermont Department of Forests, Parks and Recreation and the Vermont Department of Libraries. Each of the 182 libraries around Vermont has a one-day pass that can be checked out for free admission to state parks. Each library will determine how long each pass may be checked out. Passes are available from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Each pass will admit up to eight people traveling together in the same vehicle.
