Provides a professional and personal development program that inspires, educates, and engages existing and emerging leaders to better serve Upper Valley communities.
Provides peer recovery support services through provision of Youth Leaders who support peers who may be struggling with substances themselves or within their families. The program is designed to empower youth leaders, and help them foster resiliency and healthy relationships with their peers. Participants are matched with trained Peer Youth Volunteers based on fit, and the trained volunteer’s ability to provide the needed level of support. Supports may include one on one visits, as well as peer-led group events. At these meetings, Volunteers consult with a certified Recovery Coach about issues / needs that they or their peers are experiencing. At that time, the Recovery Coach offers direct referrals for services, supports, and resources to whoever needs them. The Youth Volunteers meet weekly for continuing education, supervision, and support. Volunteers consult with a certified Recovery Coach about issues / needs that they or their peers are experiencing. At that time, the professional Recovery Coach offers direct referrals for services, supports, and resources to whoever needs them. Youth services are also offered at Oasis Teen Shelter located at 169 Main Street, Claremont, New Hampshire.

Provides a safe space for individuals who identify as multicultural or as New Americans. Provides referrals to resources, services, and programs in the community; develops leadership and peer mentoring skills; and supports the development of life skills related to education and personal growth. The staff is multilingual and can connect youth to Spectrum services.

Offers weekend programs for those who would like to explore science, ecology, the environment, and environmental justice while expanding their leadership skills. Participants will have an opportunity to explore nature, learn about the environment, and be hands on with outdoor projects as a way to give back to the community. Transportation is available.
