Administers a scholarship program that provides early childhood educators access to education opportunities and increases their compensation.

Administers student aid programs, including need-based Vermont grants for full-time, part-time, and non-degree study. Also administers 150 public and private scholarships and private student loans. Financial aid provided to Vermont residents may be used at schools within Vermont or out-of-state

Offers career development and support services to early childhood education professionals and childcare providers through provision of grants and bonuses.
