Automotive Consumer Assistance Program (AUTOCAP) handles complaints about vehicles purchased from a Vermont Auto Dealers Association (VADA) member. This program handles complaints consumers may have with their propane company. Also provides information and advise about telemarketing, charitable solicitation and debt collection calls.
