VETERAN SUPPORT | FRIENDS OF VETERANS
Provides funding which includes assistance for utility shut-offs, security deposits, back rent, fuel assistance, car repairs for vehicles needed for work and/or medical appointments and livability-related home repairs for veterans who are homeowners. Other services include individual advocacy, information about other service providers, connecting combat veterans with PTSD to services, as well as helping to obtain a service animal.

FRIENDS OF VETERANS
Friends of Veterans is a volunteer organization that provides temporary crisis funding to veterans and their families in Vermont and New Hampshire, especially to alleviate homelessness, as well as to provide help with overdue utility payments, car repairs for essential vehicles, and more. Friends also functions as an information clearinghouse and advocate for veterans with other providers, such as the VA, state agencies, other veterans organizations, and other human service agencies.
