Vermont Federation of Families for Children's Mental Health is a, non-profit organization designed to support Vermont families in which a child, youth, or young adult in transition is experiencing, or is at risk of experiencing, emotional, behavioral, or mental health challenges. Services include emotional and informational support, advocacy for families, children, and young adults to receive needed supports and services, systems navigation assistance, and information and referral assistance.
