Provides older residents with daily check-in calls from a dispatcher. If no answer after repeated calls, and the recipient has not previously indicated being away, a listed first responder or a law enforcement officer will be dispatched to check on the individual. Must live alone, or if with another person, that person is unable to help in an emergency; Must not be in regular daily contact with another person. This service does not take the place of, or interfere with, Lifeline, Lifephone, or similar personal emergency services.
