NEIGHBOR MEALS | C.I.D.E.R.
Provides community meals and home-delivered meals Reservations for group meals as well as transportation to meals can be made by calling the CIDER office. Meals are served at Reader Hall of the Congregational Church of South Hero. The home-delivered meal program is designed to supplement those provided separately by Age Well.

Home-delivered meals: Monday; Thursday: delivered 11:30am-12:30pm. Pick up hot lunches and additional frozen meals available. Congregate meals: 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month; 12noon

Meals: Requested Donation of $3 per home-delivered meal; $5 for congregate lunches

Adults Age 60 and Older; Adults with Disabilities; Home-Delivered Meals: Adults Age 60 and Older who have a challenge getting and making meals and/or who would benefit from a "friendly visit"

(Champlain Islanders Developing Essential Resources) is a private, non-profit organization that supports the independence of elders and people with disabilities in Grand Isle County with a range of services provided by community volunteers. Services include transportation, congregate meals and home-delivered meals, home accessibility projects, wellness programs, durable medical equipment lending closet, and community education.
