Vermont Family Network (VFN) is a non-profit youth and family services organization that supports Vermont families of children with disabilities and special health needs. VFN provides advocacy, information, support services, and parent trainings within a framework of family-centered policies and practices. Programs include a helpline for families and professionals, family support groups, parent matches, Sibshops, educational workshops, a traveling Puppets in Education production for schools, and numerous fact sheets and guides on a variety of disability-related topics.
