SUPPORTED HOUSING PROGRAM | SPRINGFIELD SUPPORTED HOUSING
Provides families and individuals with a transition program that moves them from experiencing homelessness to long-term self-sufficiency and housing stability. Program includes extensive case-management for budgeting, parenting, crisis management and intervention. HPRP/CHG services and Housing Information Group session also available.

SPRINGFIELD SUPPORTED HOUSING
Springfield Supportive Housing (SSHP) is a collaborative inter-agency program that provides housing for families and individuals experiencing homelessness, as well as follow-up case management. Referrals come through the Springfield Economic Services office or from licensed substance abuse counselors. Eligibility is limited to those living in the greater Springfield area. SSHP also administers Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Program (HPRP) and Community Heath Grant (CHG) grants.
