SCHOOL2WORK | CHAMPLAIN COMMUNITY SERVICES
Prepares students with disabilities to make a successful transition to adult life. Services include skills and interest assessment, training, internships, and supported employment. The program also provides individualized community-based school programs, specialized vocational supports, individual education plan (IEP) consultation, and personalized community supports. Champlain Community Services (CCS) is certified to serve all of Vermont. CCS offers training to schools, and agencies serving people with development disabilities.

Champlain Community Services (CCS) is a non-profit specialized services agency that provides coordinated supported employment, residential services, school-to-career transition programs, and community and self-advocacy supports to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Chittenden, Franklin, and Grand Isle Counties.
