Provides rehabilitative therapies including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech language pathology to help individuals recovering from surgery, stroke, or illness. The Visiting Nurse Association & Hospice of the Southwest Region is a non-profit, Medicare-certified, home health care and hospice agency delivering services to residents of Southwestern Vermont and Franklin County. Care is provided to adults who need in-home assistance, rehabilitation, long term care, or end-of-life care, as well as to critically ill children and to vulnerable young families. The Agency promotes the general welfare of residents through health promotion outreach and community wellness programs. Services include Home Care, Hospice Care, Palliative Care, Long Term Care, Rehabilitative Therapies, Maternal Child Health Services, Pediatric Nursing, and Private Duty Nursing Services.
