RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT PROGRAM | LUND
Provides a trauma informed, family-centered residential program where pregnant and parenting women can live with their children. Services include 24-hour counseling staff and on-site nursing staff, prenatal and postpartum health services, mental health counseling, substance use disorder treatment, group therapy, intensive case management services, individual and group parenting education, children's medical and mental health services; peer support, life skills and transition services. Options Counseling is also available for those who interested in exploring their parenting options. If a mental health or substance abuse disorder is suspected but undiagnosed, intake clinician will assess and determine whether a referred client meets criteria. Lack of confirmation is NOT a reason NOT to refer.

Eligibility
Pregnant and/or Parenting Young Women Ages 12 and Up who are Vermont residents with substance use disorder or mood disorder diagnosis, and a maximum of three children who must all be age 5 or younger; Applicant must be willing to utilize the program and therapuetic supports, comply with a treatment plan, and receive and work with Vermont Medicaid, Reach Up, and the services of the Office of Child Support.
