ADULT SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER SERVICES | HCRS

Provides individualized, comprehensive, outpatient treatment services that address both the users' needs and the needs of those affected by the users' addictions. Groups are gender and trauma specific and are designed to build relapse prevention skills. Provides information about alcohol and drug use; the effects on individuals, families and communities, as well as information for the public about strategies for prevention and early intervention. Also provides the Impaired Driver Rehabilitation Program (formerly CRASH), the educational program for individuals convicted of drunk driving. Vermont Department of Health website provides complete details about eligibility and application to program. Offers the Non-intensive Program of 10 hours over 4 weeks.

HCRS (Health Care and Rehabilitation Services of Southeastern Vermont) is the community mental health agency for Windham and Windsor Counties providing mental health, substance use, and developmental disability services. HCRS provides emergency and crisis intervention services for adults, children, adolescents, and their families. HCRS is also a Shelter Plus Care partner.
