Downstreet Housing and Community Development is a non-profit affordable housing developer and service provider that serves low-income and moderate-income residents of Washington, Orange and Lamoille Counties by providing affordable housing opportunities. The organization operates the Homeownership Center of Central Vermont, which serves Washington, Orange and Lamoille Counties through building, rehabilitating, leasing, and managing properties, while supporting residents with information, education, counseling, and access to resources for ownership and home repairs.
