Pays a portion of home heating bills for households meeting income eligibility requirements. Seasonal Fuel Assistance is not designed to cover all of the costs of heating a home or apartment. Active Seasonal Fuel households are eligible for free weatherization services. Benefits are paid directly to fuel supplier, except: Benefits are paid via EBT card for: - Households whose primary heating fuel is wood or pellets, or - Households whose heat is included in rent
