YOUTH SUBSTANCE AWARENESS SAFETY PROGRAM | ORANGE COUNTY RESTORATIVE JUSTICE CENTER
Provides a voluntary program for youth who have received a civil violation for underage drinking or possession of alcohol or a civil violation for possession of less than one ounce of marijuana. The program consists of a substance abuse assessment, screening, an education program, and community service. Once YSASP clients successfully complete the program, their civil violation is voided.

The Orange County Community Justice Center, a member of the Community Justice Network of Vermont, works with citizens, local and state government, and law enforcement agencies to provide restorative responses to crime and conflict in Orange County, Vermont. Programs promote restorative practices by increasing community involvement in finding solutions to crime through Reparative Boards, Circles of Support and Accountability (CoSA), Community Dialogue Facilitations, and Conflict Resolution Trainings.
