COMMUNITY HEALTH SERVICES | BATTENKILL VALLEY HEALTH CENTER

Provides primary and preventive health care, including diagnosis and treatment of illness in children, adolescents and adults. Services include primary medical care such as physical health examinations, tooth sealant application, acute and chronic health screenings, laboratory testing, and birth control counseling. Provides onsite coordinated primary care, mental health services, and substance abuse services to enhance access to appropriate prevention, treatment, recovery and wellness services and activities. Programs for health maintenance and public health awareness services are also offered. Also provides ready to eat and frozen meals distributed by Grateful Hearts Manchester - a non -profit food organization. Grateful Heart's ready to eat meals are available in a mini-fridge or freezer in the waiting room area.
