SUPPORTIVE SERVICES FOR VETERAN FAMILIES | SUPPORTIVE SERVICES FOR VETERAN FAMILIES AT THE UNIVERSITY OF VERMONT
Provides prevention and rapid re-housing assistance for Veterans and their families to help them obtain or retain stable housing. Program includes needs assessment, intensive case management, and financial and housing counseling. May also provide referrals to, and assistance with, other Veteran benefits and programs in the community.

Supportive Services for Veteran Families at the University of Vermont (SSVF At UVM), a US Department of Veteran Affairs program, provides services to Veterans and their families. The SSVF At UVM program helps very low-income Veterans and their families who are homeless or imminently at risk for homelessness gain and retain stable housing.
