PRE-EMPLOYMENT TRANSITION PROGRAM | DAIL - HIREABILITY VERMONT
Helps youth with disabilities plan and prepare for life after high school. HireAbility Vermont vocational counselors work with both students and school personnel. Services include career counseling, assessment, job search skills, work experiences, exploration of post-secondary education and training programs, workplace readiness, instruction in self-advocacy, and guidance and information on IEP and transition planning, 504 accommodations, benefits planning, and other needed services.
