MEDICATION ASSISTED THERAPY | LAMOILLE HEALTH PARTNERS
Provides assessment and treatment for opiate addiction. Services include screening intake, assessment, treatment planning, methadone maintenance and medically supervised withdrawal, counseling services, case management and referral, medical services, discharge planning, and follow-up. The MAT team offers services at four locations in Lamoille Valley region: Cambridge, Hardwick, Morrisville, and Stowe.
