The Center for an Agricultural Economy (CAE) is a non-profit organization serving the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont through programs supporting food access, farm viability, and working landscapes in an effort to build a healthy, regenerative food system. CAE promotes local foods and the people who produce them and assists farmers and food businesses through financing, access to new markets, business advising, and provision of a shared-use commercial kitchen.
