Provides screening, diagnostics, and treatment planning services for people who are experiencing acute or chronic psychiatric problems. Offers individual, group, conjoint (couples), and family counseling, therapy groups, medication and other mental health services for community residents, including those who have may be experiencing difficulty resolving personal or interpersonal conflicts or making personal adjustments to stressful life situations. Counseling and case management for elders is provided in collaboration with the Area Agency on Aging.

LAMOILLE COUNTY MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES

Lamoille County Mental Health (LCMHS) is the designated community mental health agency for Lamoille County under contract with Vermont Department Mental Health to provide acute and long-term behavioral health care services to people with a wide range of emotional, behavioral and other mental health problems, and/or developmental challenges. LCMHS provides emergency and crisis intervention services for adults, children, adolescents and their families.
