Offers financial assistance up to $5000 for the following: prorated costs to hold a unit for a future tenant, limited to two months' rent; prorated cost for loss of rent from a vacancy due to needed repairs, limited to one month of rent; qualifying damages caused by a tenant; rent associated with early termination by the tenant, limited to one month of rent.
