HANDLING WITH CARE | OUTRIGHT VERMONT
Provides a toolkit in book format for family and caregivers of LGBTQ+ youth. Developed in partnership with Outright program participants, this toolkit shares the stories and insights of LGBTQ+ youth and their family/caregivers. Serves as a supportive guide by addressing a wide range of topics and provides valuable information concerning gender and sexual identities, including vocabulary lists on common words or phrases used by the LGBTQ+ community and quick references on "do's and don'ts" for parents and caregivers.

Outright Vermont is a non-profit advocacy organization offering support and resources for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning youth in Vermont. Additional services include education and outreach to schools and community organizations. Advocacy programs include outreach workshops on anti-bullying and harassment.
