Provides low interest loans and grants to help build, purchase, or repair a single family home. Funds may also be used in approved mobile home parks. The Vermont Rural Development Montpelier Office is closed until further notice as a result of the July 2023 flood damage. In Person visits are not available at this time. Consult local Rural Development office for more information on specific programs. Program funds are subject to availability.
