The National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG) is a non-profit organization serving as the national advocacy agency for programs and services to assist people and families affected by problem gambling. NCPG is a member organization with affiliiate agencies in all U.S. states .The Council's mission is to improve health and wellness by reducing the personal, social and economic costs of problem gambling and to lead state and national stakeholders in the development of comprehensive policy and programs for all those affected by problem gambling. Services include a confidential, national helpline and an online directory of counselors who specialize in addressing problem gambling.
