Northern Tier Center for Health (NOTCH) is a non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing medical and dental care to the residents of Franklin and Grand Isle Counties. Primary health care is delivered from eight medical clinics located in the towns of Alburg, Enosburg, Fairfax, Georgia, Richford, Saint Albans, and Swanton. Four pharmacies are located in the towns of Fairfax, Richford, St. Albans and Swanton. Two Dental clinics are located in Richford and Swanton. A Social Grocery Store and a Thrift Store also operate in Richford.
